For a few hours Vesta (where just about all world accessible imperium.org services run), went down due to the failure of a memory DIMM. There seems to be no data loss or corruption.

I’m following Paul in banning some keywords in comments.
After getting tired with the old free version of Moveable Type, I’ve set up Wordpress MU and migrated the old IZ site. Much better.
I’ve released the Imperium Zorloci Electoral Vote Count. Unlike the MSM maps, mine includes where a state was expected to go according to the polls (and my guesses). Then as the actual results come in States will move from the polling section to the actuals section. And there are several levels of grouping and totals.
I’ll be updating this frequently from now until the election is finally over (whenever that is). On election night, I will be actively tracking election results from as many tv stations as I can and I will retrieve results directly from battleground state Secretary of State websites.
UPDATE: I’ve added a running list of changes and log entries per Mumbo Jumbo’s advise.
I’ve created a new blog for announcements on events affecting the Imperium and progress reports on upgrades to the Imperium infrastructure. Go ahead and check out the State of the Imperium.
I’ve corrected the time on Hal. He’s now synced up with time.u.washington.edu. So Hal is almost ready for prime time. I just need to get mail running, then the maillists (Mailman).
